Your Donation will Help More People Hear Shofar
Our vision is to organize Shofar Corps in all communities. Big plans, however, are best begun at home, so I am raising funds for Makom Ohr ShalomÕs Shofar Corps in Los Angeles, California.
Shofar Corps is sustained by volunteer efforts and has low expenses. With your donation, however, we can conduct workshops to train shofar blowers, pay a part time coordinator to schedule visits to institutions and individuals who are confined, and do outreach to help the larger community understand and hear shofar. Along the way, we will share what we learn with other communities to help Shofar Corps grow throughout the land.
If you appreciate the work we are doing, we ask you to please make a donation today. While an $18 donation is suggested if you downloaded The Still Small Voice of the RamÕs Horn, any amount will help us.
Donations are tax exempt; Makom Ohr Shalom is a US-registered 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation. You will receive a receipt for your taxes and a thank you note. If you make your donation in honor or memory of someone, let us know and we will send an acknowledgement card to the party you indicate.
